Established in 2024, we are a family-owned non-profit organization that provides advocacy for individuals struggling. We, as an independent voluntary organisation, strive to treat people equally and provide the best support to our abilities.
We want people to have a voice when it comes to community connections, community plans and more. We engage with local councillors and the Local Authority to ensure we are listened to.

Director & Chief Executive Officer
Ajay's background is mostly Health & Social Care. He has a qualification in Level 3 Health & Social Care. Ajay is currently studying a Bachelors of Science Degree with The Open University. He is also interested in running for Councillor with the Local Authority & Local Town Council.
Ajay is passionate about Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and loves to research. With his background in Health & Social Care, he has vast knowledge of the in's and out's of how they operate.
His hobbies are writting music as a Ghostwriter in his spare time as he is signed with a few popular music labels.
Ajay can speak both English and Welsh Fluently.
Shania Owen
Chief Operations Officer
Shania's background is full-time mum. She has close knowledge of challenging behaviour. Shania is currently studying a Higher Education Diploma in Child Psychology to which she wishes to continue professionally in.
Shania has not had the best up-bringing which makes her passionate about getting people the correct advice, care and support they need.
Shania would like to primarily specialise in the youth by supporting them through challenging times & moving them forward in life with the correct support they need.
Shania has a passion in Harry Potter, Arts & Crafts, Puzzles and Marvel.
